I feel like Mexican burrito places are springing up all over the city. But I'm not complaining! I love that the deliciousness of Mexican food (or Tex-Mex) is making it's way to this side of the pond. In the last couple weeks, I've eaten at three burrito bars (it's really hard to pass up a chicken burrito smothered in black beans, gauc, cheese and salsa...).
So here's my take on the last three I've visited.
Mucho Mas - Islington, located on Upper Street. Very fresh + delicious. I've had the pulled pork and the steak.
Chilango - Located on Fleet Street. Equally as delicious as Mucho Mas (and should be as it's owned by the same people). Had the chicken burrito (with guacamole please!). And so very very tasty. If you go to their website you can see the ingredients used in each dish.
Nineteen Ten - Located at the new Westfield Mall. A little bland for my liking. It's okay, but Mucho Mas and Chilango are above and beyond. Plus, they had corn as a filling and just doesn't seem right.
