In an effort to eat seasonally and introduce new foods to my kids, I've signed up for Eat the Seasons weekly emails. I figure I can merge the two goals by using the emails to help me identify and incorporate a new, seasonal food item (or two) into our diet each week. I'm feeling inspired.
