The Wallace Collection

Last week I visited The Wallace Collection, a museum which houses twenty-nine galleries of French 18th-Century pieces. Set in a beautiful 'historic London town house' between Marylebone and Baker Street, I previously added this museum to my 'list' and finally arranged to meet a few friends there.

In all honesty, my focus at the museum turned more to conversation and practising my camera than analysing art, but what a beautiful environment to do so!

Of the few things I did take note of, one included the family activities that the museum offers. Later this month, they'll host puppet-making, A Day in 18th-Century, and a water-colouring workshop. All activities I think my kids would love. Perhaps I'll be back!
