West Wycombe

Saturday was utterly gorgeous, right? It really felt like spring. We decided to venture out of the city and made our way to Buckinghamshire (where my husband was raised). We ended up in the tiny 16th-Century village of West Wycombe. Our kids climbed the big hill behind the village, and although such a simple thing, it made me happy to see them running and playing in the sun.

On our way back to the car, we passed a lovely garden shop and cafe called Plant and Harvest. It was an inspiring discovery filled with all sorts of natural goodness, from beautiful flowers to organic, fair-trade food. So much pretty packaging too.

How did you enjoy the sun this weekend?
