Easter cake

 I showed my kids this cake from the Waitrose Kitchen magazine (honestly, it's the only magazine I buy on a regular basis) and we decided it would be the perfect Easter cake. The simple sprinkling of mini eggs   —so simple and so festive—created immediate cheers of excitement. Now if only we can wait until April.... (probably not).
